This project was done in a series of phases that allowed us to take a very simple center hall colonial and add close to 2,000 sq/ft of additional living space. We reconfigured existing spacers within the home and cosmetically upgraded each and every square inch of the house over the course of time with the client. We also added 1,200 sq ft of finished basement space.
