The purchase project was a transformation of a mid-80s contemporary home into a modern day luxury living space . The entire team stayed true to the original architecture but still created an amazing updated version of this modern home. 

A commitment to reach the highest levels of finish product between builder and owner can be found in every area of this 10sq foot renovation. 
Each tradesperson shared in this common goal to complete their tasks to meet our standards. From the framing team to the finish stone fabrication team we able maintain clean lines but still include a high level of quality and detail. Sometimes less is more!!

This renovation was a complete top to bottom cosmetic and space transformation of a once dated home into a wonderful expression of modern design and finishes. The home feels spacious and has a great sense of order as one experiences its interior. 
As a designer/ builder this project was a wonderful experience and opportunity to showcase our skills in the modern platform of building and design.
